Swan Lane

Built in 2011-12 Swan Lane is a small development of three 3 bedroomed, three storey houses which were aimed at the first time buyer/investor market.

Building costs were deliberately kept low to ensure the sale cost was affordable in the current market and we successfully achieved this without compromising on quality or style which has become synonymous to the Kitwe Brand.

All three houses were sold ‘Off Plan’ – a feat almost unheard of in the current housing market.
