Supported Living Accommodation

The project is carried out on a design and build basis and provides 2700 sq ft of Supported Living Accommodation over two storeys.

• Hoists with whole room coverage to all three bedrooms and both bathrooms
• Rise and fall baths and wash hand basis to both bathrooms
• Level access showers to both bathrooms
• Automatic door closers
• Wall protection (from wheelchairs) to all corridor walls and doors.

This scheme also has a residential fire sprinkler system installed. It is unusual for domestic premises to have fire sprinkler systems but First Choice Housing Associating are following the Welsh Assembly Government’s latest proposals to have sprinkler systems installed in all domestic properties.
