Project Overview
G C Construction (UK) Ltd was delighted to work once again with G C Capital Ltd on the completed student accommodation development on Smithdown Lane, in the heart of Liverpool’s University District and close to the new Teaching Hospital.
The five-storey, steel-framed building provides 64 en-suite bedrooms arranged in nine cluster units. Each cluster includes a shared lounge and kitchen, creating comfortable, practical spaces for students to live and study. The project was completed and handed over to the client in 2018, ready for the start of the academic year.
